In the event of our having instructed and paid for a Home Report for your property but you then deciding to cancel any contract that you have with us to sell your property, then the Home Report remains our property and can only be released to you so long as you reimburse us for the costs of the Home Report and any other legal and administrative costs that we have incurred on your behalf by that point.

In the normal course of events the total termination costs that we would expect you to pay (including the cost of the Home Report) would not exceed £1500, but the actual amount that we will need to charge you will of course depend on the amount of work that we have carried out on your behalf by that time.
